• Culturally-informed assessment and formulation
• Strategies to embed cultural safety into everyday practice
We also explored how to integrate cultural, spiritual, and community-based strengths into care, and respond more effectively to systemic factors such as racism and marginalisation.

Last week, we partnered with Westjustice to deliver an online Islamophobia and anti-racism training to their staff.
Grounded in evidence and lived experience, the session explored how Islamophobia and racism shape mental health from heightened anxiety and social isolation to reduced trust in services and barriers to seeking support.
We moved beyond theory, focusing on practical, real-world strategies to help participants recognise, respond to, and challenge Islamophobia and racism in their everyday work.
For organisations committed to cultural safety, trauma-informed practice, and meaningful anti-racism, this work is essential, not optional.
If you’re looking to build confidence in supporting Muslim clients, students, or staff, we’d love to connect. ... See MoreSee Less
