Mental Health First Aid Training

Last week, completed another Mental Health First Aid training session with the African Women’s Community in Flemington, facilitated by Husna Pasha.

It was a valuable opportunity for community members to build their knowledge, confidence and practical skills to recognise mental health challenges and provide initial support to someone who may be struggling.

A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to creating a supportive and empowering space. 💚

Building Resilience at Islamic College of Sport
Last week, we dove deep into the art of resilience at Islamic College of Sport with the incredible Omar Hanifa

Through meaningful discussions and powerful stories from the life of Umar (RA) students explored what it means to face challenges with courage, turn obstacles into stepping stones, and discover the strength within themselves.

A powerful reminder that resilience isn't about never facing difficulties, it's about finding the strength to keep moving forward.

Thank you to Islamic College of Sport for having us
