The Centre for Muslim Wellbeing values your contribution in various forms. Whether you have a lived experience of mental illness, have been a carer, or work or study in the sector, we encourage you to get involved:

Ways to be involved:
  • Become a member of our organisation and join a diverse network of individual women and organisations working together for better mental health care for women.
  • Participate in our various Mental Health Workshops, CQ Training workshops
  • Make a donation today
  • Contribute to our resources Tell us your story, anonymously is okay, to help promote understanding and change. Share a resource that has assisted you in your mental health journey
  • Volunteer with us in an area you have a special interest or experience (Currently we have vacancies in communications, policy, program design and facilitation)
  • Sign up to our mailing list, follow us on our socials (insert link) and keep up with CMW’s activities
