From her roots as a school counsellor to earning a Master’s in Educational and Developmental Psychology, she’s passionate about offering tailored care for diverse mental health needs.

Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English, Sundas ensures a welcoming and culturally sensitive environment for her clients. Specialising in anxiety, OCD, attachment issues, relationship difficulties and more, customising her approach to suit each individual's needs. She has a passion for supporting neurodivergent and takes a neuro-affirming approach. She understands that not all brains are the same and hopes to support her clients in understanding their brains in a kind and supportive environment. Outside of work, Sundas enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring nature, and indulging in creative hobbies.
