Mental Health First Aid Training

Training for our community in Mental Health First Aid!

Learn skills and gain confidence to assist community members experiencing mental health problems.

About the course:

This is an early intervention training program designed to mobilise and empower Muslim communities by equipping people with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, connect and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis. This is an educational course to learn how to give first aid to others and is not a therapy or support group. This is a 12 hour course split across 4 days into 3 hour session. To receive certification you will be required to attend all sessions.
