This month’s Carers Circle invites Muslim carers to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through gentle, nature-based activities. Set in the beautiful surrounds of Plenty Gorge, the session offers a culturally safe space to reflect, share stories, and build meaningful connections with others who understand the carer journey.
